Thanks to Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) functionality, data and power travel over a single cable, delivering stable connectivity and avoiding reliance on WiFi alone.
Beyond surveillance, the G5 Pro acts as a full smart-home hub: it supports Zigbee, Thread, and Matter protocols, serving as a Matter Controller, Thread Border Router and Zigbee bridge. This means you can integrate and automate a wide range of smart devices — light switches, sensors, locks — from one outdoor-mounted unit. Designed for true outdoor resilience, it boasts an IP65-rated housing and can operate reliably in temperatures from –30 °C to +50 °C.
