1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
As an EU customer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
- You must notify us within 14 days of delivery via email at support@planitpower.com.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
- Certain products (e.g., customized products) are not eligible for return.
2. Returns Procedure
- Contact us at support@planitpower.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with the return instructions and address (depending on the supplier/warehouse).
- You must send the product back within 14 days after notifying us.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days, using the same payment method as your original order.
- Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable, unless the product was faulty or incorrectly delivered.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) with photos of the product and packaging.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
