Le certificat de performance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique (CPE) vous fournit une \u00e9valuation de l'efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et de l'impact environnemental de la maison\/appartement. Qu'est-ce qu'un \u00ab EPC \u00bb :<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Le certificat de performance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique (DPE) indique la performance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique d'un b\u00e2timent ou d'une propri\u00e9t\u00e9. Le certificat de performance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique met en \u00e9vidence graphiquement le mod\u00e8le de notation de l'efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique sur une \u00e9chelle de A \u00e0 G. La note A indique la performance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique la plus efficace. En revanche, G correspond \u00e0 la performance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique la plus mauvaise. En plus de d\u00e9crire la performance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, les DPE analysent \u00e9galement l'impact environnemental d'un b\u00e2timent, affect\u00e9 par les \u00e9missions de CO2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le dossier d'information sur la maison comprend le certificat de performance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique comme document \u00ab obligatoire \u00bb. L'inclusion du CPE refl\u00e8te clairement la pr\u00e9occupation de l'UE pour un march\u00e9 immobilier plus \u00e9cologique.
