As we work with regional and international suppliers, shipping times may vary depending on your location.
- Belgium & neighboring EU countries: 7–14 business days
- Other EU countries: 10–20 business days
- International deliveries: 15–25 business days
Please note: These are estimated times and may be affected by customs, courier delays, or peak seasons.
3. Shipping Costs
- Belgium: Free shipping or flat rate (depending on product, shown at checkout).
- Other EU countries: Costs calculated at checkout.
- International shipping: Costs depend on destination and will be displayed at checkout.
4. Tracking Your Order
- When available, a tracking number will be provided by email.
- Some products may ship directly from our suppliers’ warehouses and may not always include detailed tracking.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International orders (outside the EU) may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes.
- These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices.
6. Delayed or Lost Deliveries
- If your order is significantly delayed (beyond 30 business days), please contact us at support@planitpower.com.
- We will investigate with the supplier and the courier.
- If the product is lost, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund.

- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
- PlanItPower cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
