Description
Le Interrupteur extérieur robuste Aeotec Z-Wave IP44 is a high-capacity smart switch designed to control, automate and monitor demanding electrical equipment indoors or outdoors. Using Technologie Z-Wave, it allows connected devices to be switched remotely through compatible Z-Wave gateways, controllers and smart home applications.
Designed for high-power loads of up to 40A, the Heavy Duty Outdoor Switch is suitable for applications such as pool pumps, outdoor equipment, heating systems, water heaters and other high-consumption electrical devices. Its IP44-rated enclosure provides protection suitable for outdoor environments.
The integrated energy monitoring function provides real-time information about electricity consumption, including power usage in watts and kilowatt hours. The device can also be programmed to automate connected equipment according to schedules, helping improve control over energy use.
For outdoor installations, the switch combines a long-range Z-Wave antenna with an integrated Z-Wave repeater, supporting wireless communication over distances of up to 150 metres outdoors under suitable conditions. It also supports Z-Wave signal repeating to help extend communication with other Z-Wave devices.
